PSYCHOTHERAPY PRIVATE PRACTICE
“Out of your vulnerabilities will come your strength”
Sigmund Freud
A BIT ABOUT THERAPY
With the use of effective psychotherapy methods, I work with clients to better understand themselves, their motivation for change and contributing factors leading to unhealthy thoughts and behaviors. I encourage individuals to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards life situations. With a shift in perspective often comes newly discovered areas of the self. I also aide in helping to develop healthier coping mechanisms. It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic pill or a quick fix: therapy is a healing process that necessitates participation and investment from the client and therapist alike. Making small changes to self-defeating behaviors and coping with feelings of sadness, fear, and pain can ultimately bring life-altering results.
